I was born in Nacogdoches, TX and consider myself a Houston native.  I have a passion for maternal mental health and assist clients through depression, anxiety, and grief/loss. I enjoy connecting with my clients while offering support and healing. I strive to provide my clients with the tools and resources to achieve comfort, balance, and overall mental well-being. 

When I’m not with family or friends, I enjoy spending time with my fur babies, reading, and catching up on my favorite shows/movies. I look forward to empowering you to find wholeness in all areas of your life.
